Café RE Community Memberships

If you are not happy with your membership in Café RE we are willing to fully refund your order if requested within 30 days of registration. This refund request must be emailed to info@recoveryelevator.com. A message via Facebook to a Recovery Elevator staff member is not a guarantee of cancellation or refund.

Once a refund has been requested, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@recoveryelevator.com.

 

Retreats and Trips

Registrations for retreats and trips may be eligible for a partial refund based on the cancellation policy for the specific trip. Be sure to check the FAQ about the cancellation policy for the specific trip. Most trips are fully refundable until a certain date before the retreat or trip. After this date, a partial refund may be processed or no refund at all depending on the trip. If you have forfeited part of your trip expense, in certain cases, a credit may be applied to a future Recovery Elevator retreat.

If you are unsatisfied after attending a retreat or trip, then a partial refund may be allocated based on circumstances. Refunds will not be processed for things outside the control of Recovery Elevator such as weather, delays in travel, local strikes, etc. Please submit refund requests to info@recoveryelevator.com.
